The $90 dollar payment is a deposit that goes towards the cost of a consultation. The remaining balance is due at the time of the consultation. To schedule a consultation please call or text 832-452-0815. Consultations are not confirmed until the deposit form has been submitted complete with the deposit. Deposits are non-refundable. Deposits are forfeited for consultations that are canceled or rescheduled less than 24 hours in advance. Due to the nature of consultations, the length of consultations may vary depending on breastfeeding needs. Most consultations will begin within 45 min of the scheduled time. If the lactation consultant is running ahead or behind schedule you will be notified. If the estimated start time of the consultation is more than 45 min difference from the scheduled time, you will have the option to reschedule your consultation without penalty.

The $100 dollar payment is the out of pocket cost for an in-office consultation at our location in Old Town Spring at 26602 Keith Street. **To schedule a consultation please call or text 832-452-0815 as soon as you submit this form.** Consultations are not confirmed until the form has been submitted complete with the payment. 50% of payment is forfeited for consultations that are canceled or rescheduled less than 24 hours in advance. In-office consultations are 90 min for initial consultations and 60 min for follow up consultations.
